Bogan + Geek = Bogeek
Category PersonalWell, I'm doing the work form home thing today and generally I go pretty feral... ie sitting here in my building track pants.. grotty covered in liquid nails, paint etc.. but really comfy.. my Ugg boots and of course my flanno...
I got a call from one of the guys and he asked if I was sitting by the pool drinking beer... and as I don't have a pool and its still to early in the morning for beer.. errr.. i mean since its a work day i'd never drink beer
So I responded that I didn't need have a pool or drink beer because I was pretty darn happy sitting here wearing my Ugg boots, trackies and flanno... and which point Gary asked if I had my smokes in my shirt sleeve (Common Bogan practise).
In Australia we generally call someone who's wearing that kind of clothing a "Bogan", here's the definition from Wikipedia:
Bogan is a derogatory Australian slang term for somebody who is perceived as being an unfashionable "lower-class" person, typically of British Isles ancestry and living in deprived urban areas. Equivalent terms are:*' in Brisbane.*' in Hobart.*(sometimes interchangeable with) Booner in Canberra.*Westy in Sydney, Australia and Waitakere (Auckland), New Zealand referring to Western Suburbs.
So jokingly I said that since I didn't smoke I put my USB drive in my sleeve instead

Originally Grogan ie Geek + Bogan = Grogan... but as Grogan already has a meaning (hmmm excrement) I thought best to alter it a little..
How about Bogeek .. Pronounced "Bow - Geek"
