Just got rather interesting, as I now need to sit an exam to be issued with a home-owners license.. Gotta say, I understand the logic and in fact even support the idea. I know that’s a bit radical for me, generally I bag most legislation, but I think this one is actually pretty good. The intent is to stop the shoddy work that has been going on with the home-bodgey builders.
Anyway I’ve decided I’m going to document all the bits and share it with everyone. Never know it might help someone.
