Well work is really keeping me off the streets at the moment.  I have this huge project that I have to look after.  I has not really been handled to well in the past and I have a bit of cleaning up to do.  It is good beacuse it is bit of a challenge and my brain needs that after so long doing nothing, however some days it just gets to you and I cant help but feeling that I am getting no where with it.  Today was one of those days.

Well I have just read the beginning of my last blog entry and what did the first line say???  Well??  I said that I have been slack and not written anything for a while.  And once again I find myself in this situation.  I was actually easier to find a computer whilst I was travelling than it is here at home.  I do have one now (thanks to Mark) but I wont have it on the internet until this weekend.  It will be then that I will be able to commit some time to writing dribble on here.  It has been a case of waiting till the folks are off this PC and then making the most of it whilst I was on.

I have been to the physio about my shoulder, finally, and found outwhat is going on there.  It is a simple joint problem.  I had pushedthe ball out of the socket and that was the problem.  The pain iscause from the tendon in the shoulder joint catching because it is outof alinement.  It is getting better now.  Am doing a few exercises for it.
